VERY UNUSUAL black box with clasps on one end and hinges on the other.
The box is around 7" x 7". Inside bottom is bluish felt/ top part is white
almost silk like. Front of the box has an Israeli Elvis type logo. Besides
the disc itself, the set also has a 12 page booklet (mostly in Hebrew);
back inlay card; a special keychain; a 5" x 6" b/w photo card witha
KING CREOLE pic that has the # ("012 out of 100") on it PLUS a small
sealed plastic bag with SACRED SAND from the Holy Land!!! I've never seen
